Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Danish public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.

All orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark (EU).

European Union

We ship to all EU member countries.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

We ship worldwide. Delivery time varies by destination.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
If free shipping is available (for example, above a certain order value), it will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be applied in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing required documentation if needed.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
